Lovely meal here today good drinks and food

Excellent staff and tasty rib eye steak with all the trimmings Arrived to a warm welcome from the bar staff. Had a table available . The rib eye steak was excellent . So tender and tasty with a nice mouth feel . The staff very attentive . Did an excellent job to make the visit feel a great experience. Would certainly recommend.

A delightful venue. Warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the Sunday Lunch menu as a large family group. Attentive service from the young staff and great food to fill us up on a drizzly day. Certainly recommended. Parking: Large gravel car park. Kid-friendliness: Warmly welcomed well behaved children.

Special Sunday Lunch. We dined as a large family group on a drizzly Sunday Afternoon. We had pre booked so were warmly welcomed and promptly seated by the young staff. The Sunday menu was enjoyed by all with good options on the list. The inn must be rich in history and provides a special atmosphere for visitors. Thoroughly recommend if you are in the Lincolnshire area.

Dog friendly, great mains, amazing desserts, fantastic staff Visited today without booking, and were lucky that the last table in the bar was still available, as we had our dog with us. Service fantastic; friendly and efficient despite being busy. Food was excellent; home cooked; piping hot and kept hot as crockery warmed. Plates are large, and this can cause the items on the plate to spread out (e.g chips), but the portion size is normal contrary to another review. Desserts are amazing; traditional and home made. Too many to choose from, but a great reason to visit again.

Came for anniversary meal lovely meal I had beef jalfezi and my wife had the Abbey burger both big portions and really nice the pib is also very nice and Cosey definitely recommend and visit again

Very friendly pub, helpful staff and great beer.

Recommended by the host of our B & B, we went without a booking, table for 2, no problem, really nice meal & fabulous service. And, really good value. Being used to Uber, surprised when no taxi available, however, the owner drove us back to our B & B. Above & beyond, cannot rate highly enough. Oh, and a cracking pint of Abbot.

We have been several times recently and can't fault it. The staff are great, the food is excellent (fish & chips are to die for). Parking: Plenty of parking space.

We arrived to late for food, but what a lovely place and really nice staff. Will try to return and sample the food.

Day trip to Woodhall Spa to visit family friends and take them out for lunch. I chose the Abbey Lodge Inn and so pleased as the food was lovely and the staff very friendly. A great 91st birthday meal for our friend. Thankyou. Would definitely recommend and know where to go when we are back in the area.

Lovely home cooked food We had a weekday lunch and were really impressed- from arriving outside to all the beautiful display of flowers to walking out with full tummies, the whole experience was perfect. There is a good selection of food, including a specials board on the day, with plenty of interesting choice on offer for non meat eaters. I had the homemade three bean chilli which was delicious and care had even been taken with the side salad we ordered, which was full of lovely ingredients and more like a meal in itself. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and there were four clean plates at the end. My highlight was the dessert ; home made traditional puds, my bakewell tart and custard was a 10/10. The two staff who served us were polite, friendly and attentive and happy to accommodate any requests we made. We enjoyed it so much we are going back in a few weeks.

We had a wonderful lunch recently. Our party of four all gave 10/10. The menu choice is brilliant…as a vegetarian I am hard to please but found it difficult to choose as there was so much on offer. Our mains and deserts were all excellent with the food all home cooked to perfection. Service top notch. Thank you for a fantastic meal. Wholeheartedly recommend 😊

Nice food, had a very nice pate to start and then a veggie curry. Outside is lovely with some lovely views over the Lincolnshire country side. Thought it was a little expensive

My food was lovely but others in the partly weren't blown away by their meals. Nothing was bad but disappointing considering the price. Nothing bad to note about the place except the price of the menu items.
