Came for anniversary meal lovely meal I had beef jalfezi and my wife had the Abbey burger both big portions and really nice the pib is also very nice and Cosey definitely recommend and visit again

Very friendly pub, helpful staff and great beer.

Recommended by the host of our B & B, we went without a booking, table for 2, no problem, really nice meal & fabulous service. And, really good value. Being used to Uber, surprised when no taxi available, however, the owner drove us back to our B & B. Above & beyond, cannot rate highly enough. Oh, and a cracking pint of Abbot.

We have been several times recently and can't fault it. The staff are great, the food is excellent (fish & chips are to die for). Parking: Plenty of parking space.

We arrived to late for food, but what a lovely place and really nice staff. Will try to return and sample the food.

Day trip to Woodhall Spa to visit family friends and take them out for lunch. I chose the Abbey Lodge Inn and so pleased as the food was lovely and the staff very friendly. A great 91st birthday meal for our friend. Thankyou. Would definitely recommend and know where to go when we are back in the area.

Lovely home cooked food We had a weekday lunch and were really impressed- from arriving outside to all the beautiful display of flowers to walking out with full tummies, the whole experience was perfect. There is a good selection of food, including a specials board on the day, with plenty of interesting choice on offer for non meat eaters. I had the homemade three bean chilli which was delicious and care had even been taken with the side salad we ordered, which was full of lovely ingredients and more like a meal in itself. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and there were four clean plates at the end. My highlight was the dessert ; home made traditional puds, my bakewell tart and custard was a 10/10. The two staff who served us were polite, friendly and attentive and happy to accommodate any requests we made. We enjoyed it so much we are going back in a few weeks.

We had a wonderful lunch recently. Our party of four all gave 10/10. The menu choice is brilliant…as a vegetarian I am hard to please but found it difficult to choose as there was so much on offer. Our mains and deserts were all excellent with the food all home cooked to perfection. Service top notch. Thank you for a fantastic meal. Wholeheartedly recommend 😊

Nice food, had a very nice pate to start and then a veggie curry. Outside is lovely with some lovely views over the Lincolnshire country side. Thought it was a little expensive

My food was lovely but others in the partly weren't blown away by their meals. Nothing was bad but disappointing considering the price. Nothing bad to note about the place except the price of the menu items.

Would definitely go back Nice atmosphere and the food was good. I had the Spotty Dick for dessert which I think could have been better, it tasted like cake, apart from that everything else was good and the staff were very attentive.

Went as a party of 20 ~ and it was, as always, a great time. Chris and Emma are perfect "mine hosts" . The food and service were, as always, superb. We'll be back!!🤗

Great British pubs do still exist We've stopped off here a couple of times and are looking forward to doing so again next week when we revisit Woodhall. The first time we had food as a family. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. We didn't book, but they were very accommodating. The staff made a fuss of our young daughter and dog, and it wasn't forced. The second time we just popped in for drinks as a couple and the place was swamped. There was a real buzz which is refreshing these days. We managed to squeeze in at the bar and the landlord (I'm assuming) was very friendly and attentive, despite being incredibly busy. Qudos to whoever trains the staff here because everyone is on the same page, and the service is consistent. The beer is excellent too! Highly recommended.

Pub stopover Great spot for a motorhome stopover, family run pub with great food , drinks and service. We will be going back it was so nice

A mirage! After travelling for a while, a welcome break. We stumbled (not literally!) across this pub as we were on our way home from Hull to Norfolk via the scenic route so decided to pop in just for a quick drink as it looks lovely from the exterior. The interior is just as welcoming! Old world charm, a really friendly welcome from the bar staff and the waft of the Sunday roast was rather enticing but as it was a nice day we sat outside, lovely little huts are provided for if the weather isn’t as pleasant and roses surround the area. Really a very pleasant place.
